Job Description
Join Cosine.sh as our founding Partnerships Manager to scale our SI and reseller ecosystem. You will deepen relationships with partners like EY and Deloitte, driving commercial opportunities within regulated sectors. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll own the full lifecycle—from outreach to closing—delivering $1M+ in partner-sourced revenue during your first year.

What You Will Do
- Own the day-to-day relationship management and outreach for system integrators and boutique consultancies serving financial services, defense, and government sectors.
- Structure complex partnership agreements and execute joint go-to-market motions to secure 5+ revenue-generating partnerships within your first three months.
- Collaborate with technical leads at SIs to navigate architecture-level integrations, security reviews, and air-gapped deployment models for enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in SI or boutique consultancy partnerships, having delivered significant partner-sourced revenue at a venture-backed startup or top-tier enterprise vendor.
- Deep familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services or defense, including navigating complex procurement processes and rigorous security/compliance requirements.
- Technically fluent and comfortable discussing on-premise architecture, security models, and API integrations with senior technical stakeholders and partner leads.
