Job Description
You will be the heart of the customer experience at Cubitts’ Covent Garden store. By guiding customers through frame and lens selections, you will bring the brand’s craft and values to life. This hands-on role involves technical dispensing, frame adjustments, and providing expert advice to ensure every customer finds their perfect fit.

What You Will Do
- Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming customers and communicating the Cubitts mission while guiding them through personalized frame and lens selection.
- Accurately dispense prescription and non-prescription lenses and perform precise frame adjustments and repairs to ensure an optimal fit for every customer.
- Introduce and facilitate the Made to Measure service, helping customers understand the unique value and heritage of bespoke spectacle making.
