You will work directly with the founders to scale operational systems, optimize no-code automations, and manage partner relationships, bridging the gap between technical development and real-world social impact.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and optimize scalable workflows for onboarding, compliance, and payout operations using AI-assisted tools and no-code systems.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams by translating customer pain points into product improvements and platform requirements.
  • Manage complex financial and platform operations, including data reconciliation between the platform and payment processors to ensure reliability.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial operator comfortable navigating Django-based admin panels, CRMs, and relational data structures without needing to code.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you must regularly switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional communicator capable of managing relationships with charities and strategic partners while maintaining technical curiosity for system optimization.
