As the first dedicated operations hire, you will take full ownership of the company's operational backbone. You will build and automate systems for customer support, payment processing, and people operations. This high-impact role reports directly to the founder, focusing on scaling efficiency through AI agents to support hypergrowth without adding unnecessary headcount.

What You Will Do
- Architect and automate the customer support and payment processing systems, managing external partners and optimizing chargeback strategies to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of people operations, including onboarding, payroll, and vendor management, while maintaining clean data visibility through improved internal analytics dashboards.
- Streamline marketing and legal operations by managing ad accounts, tracking growth metrics, and coordinating external compliance and contract renewals for the entire organization.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record with over five years of experience in high-velocity startup environments, ideally in BizOps, Chief of Staff, or similar founding-level operational roles.
- Technically proficient and AI-native, with the ability to ship real-world automations using LLMs and agents rather than relying solely on no-code tools.
- A scrappy, highly organized self-starter who thrives in async-heavy environments and possesses the social capability to negotiate vendor relationships and represent the company.
