You will own the day-to-day operating system of a scaling healthtech business, partnering directly with the CEO to drive company rhythm, finance, and people operations. What You Will Do
- Manage the company's financial operations, including runway tracking, payroll administration, and monthly reporting to ensure long‑term health.
- Drive the people operations lifecycle and office environment, overseeing everything from employee onboarding to the search for a new flagship workspace.
- Lead governance and compliance efforts, including ISO recertification and supporting the commercial team with security questionnaires for major enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of operational experience within a fast‑paced startup, scale‑up, or SaaS environment with a proven track record of independent ownership.
- Strong financial literacy and attention to detail, capable of managing budgets and runway without requiring constant external direction.
