As an Operations Associate, you will build and own the operational backbone of this fast-growing climate-tech startup. You’ll manage end-to-end customer onboarding, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain high-quality metering data. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify manual bottlenecks and implement automation tools that allow operations to scale efficiently.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 3-5+ years of experience in operations, billing, or customer success roles, ideally within UK energy, fintech, or another complex B2B utility sector.
- Possesses an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and proficiency in handling complex datasets to find root causes and process improvements.
