As an Onboarding Specialist, you will lead the implementation process for new customers, including local authorities and national charities. You will manage the end-to-end journey from initial setup to full adoption, ensuring organisations are equipped to deliver support effectively. Your work directly bridges the gap between financial aid and those who need it most.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, acting as the primary point of contact for new organisations to ensure a seamless and positive launch.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions that empower users to navigate the platform effectively and maximise impact for their vulnerable clients.
- Coordinate complex projects across multiple internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress against schedules to ensure timely and successful platform implementation.

- Demonstrates exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders across local government and the charitable sector.
- Brings a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset to managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on high-quality customer outcomes and empathy.
- Possesses a strong curiosity for technology and social impact, ideally with familiarity in CRM tools like HubSpot or experience working within housing or local authorities.
