What You Will Do:
- Orchestrate and oversee material trials at partner manufacturing sites across extrusion, injection moulding, and film processing.
- Design and execute lab‑scale experiments using characterization techniques like DSC, rheology, and mechanical testing to optimize formulations.
- Troubleshoot processing defects and perform root cause analysis on material failures to ensure seamless production scale‑up.
The ideal candidate:
- Degree in Polymer Processing, Materials Science, or a related field with at least one year of industry experience.
- Proven hands‑on experience with polymer processing equipment including compounding, extrusion, or injection moulding lines.
- Strong experimental design and data analysis skills, with a proactive approach to building structure and moving projects forward.
