As Technical Lead, you will own Nature Alpha’s technology environment end-to-end, serving as the senior technology voice.

  • Lead end-to-end security and compliance, managing ISO 27001/SOC 2 standards and handling complex technical due diligence for regulated financial clients.
  • Drive production shipping using AI-agentic workflows like Claude Code and Cursor, maintaining rigorous human review standards for all platform features.
