As a Talent Investor, you will identify and back the world's most ambitious founders before they even have a company. You will scout high-potential individuals from elite institutions and industry-leading firms, evaluating their technical edge and leadership potential to build the next generation of global technology giants from scratch.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses 1-2 years of experience at a top-tier firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Goldman Sachs, or a Tier 1 growth equity fund.
  • Demonstrates an exceptional ability to identify "edge" in individuals and has a passion for early-stage venture capital and company building.
  • Has a background from a prestigious UK or European university or has participated in elite tracks like the Civil Service Fast Stream.
