As Saturn’s first dedicated talent hire, you will take full ownership of recruitment end‑to‑end. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll build the infrastructure and rigorous processes needed to scale from 60 people to a high‑performing global team. You will drive sourcing, hiring‑manager enablement, and employer branding across all functions.

What you will do:

- Design and implement scalable hiring infrastructure, including ATS management, structured interview loops, scorecards, and data‑driven pipeline reporting.
- Partner with leadership to define roles, calibrate profiles, and lead employer‑branding initiatives to attract elite talent in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate:
- 3–7 years of in‑house talent acquisition experience within a high‑growth startup or scale‑up environment.
- Proven track record of direct sourcing exceptional passive candidates across multiple functions, specifically for fintech, AI, or B2B SaaS companies.
- A builder mindset with the ability to create structured, efficient processes without sacrificing speed or the high bar for talent.
