  • Act as a technical force multiplier, leveraging AI to optimise supply chain tooling and mentoring senior engineers in a high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate:

  • Extensive experience as a Staff or Lead Engineer at tier-1 consumer scaleups like Monzo, Deliveroo, Depop, or similar high-growth B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling complex backend systems including payments, checkout, or high-throughput data pipelines using Node.js/TypeScript.
  • Product-obsessed mindset with the ability to articulate complex architectural trade-offs and connect deep engineering decisions to tangible business outcomes.
