Job Description
As the first specialist Engineering Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring for Omnea’s 10 engineering teams during a critical scaling phase. You will own the entire candidate lifecycle, partner directly with leadership to maintain a high talent bar, and shape the engineering employer brand to attract London’s top product-focused talent.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Senior and Staff-level product engineers within the highly competitive London market.
- Partner directly with engineering leadership to define hiring standards and design efficient processes that reduce time-to-hire.
- Build a warm pipeline of passive candidates and champion Omnea’s engineering presence through content, community events, and branding.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of total engineering hiring experience, including 3+ years in a specialized agency and 2+ years in-house.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of scaling engineering teams from roughly 20 to over 100 engineers at a fast-paced startup.
- Possesses deep knowledge of London’s engineering market and the ability to hold credible technical conversations with top-tier product engineers.
