Dealflowagent.com is an AI-native M&A advisory firm backed by early investors in SpaceX, Canva, and Notion, focused on transforming how owner-managed businesses are sold.

As a Senior M&A Advisor, you will own the end-to-end deal lifecycle for owner-managed businesses. Leveraging proprietary AI tools like Sage and Sterling, you will manage 5–8 sell-side campaigns simultaneously. You are the primary engine of revenue, driving every stage from initial client onboarding and CIM preparation to buyer outreach and successful closing.

Location: London, UK

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Uncapped financial upside with a structure where high performers can realistically earn £250k–£400k+ through a generous 10–15% commission on every closed deal.
  • Backed by world-class venture capital, providing the stability of a high-growth firm with a relentless startup pace.
  • Pioneer the future of investment banking by using custom-built AI systems to automate data-heavy tasks, allowing you to focus on high-value client relationships and complex negotiations.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the entire deal execution process from engagement to close, including data room management, personalizing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and facilitating buyer-seller introductions.
  • Execute systematic, data-driven buyer outreach campaigns to identify and qualify strategic acquirers for businesses in sectors like fire safety, healthcare, and building services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, shepherding business owners through the emotional 12-week process of selling their life's work while maintaining trust and deal momentum.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate development, with a proven track record of closing transactions in the £1M–£300M range.
  • Exceptional client-facing confidence and emotional intelligence, capable of building rapport with C-suite executives and pushing back respectfully when necessary during high-stakes negotiations.
  • An "operator" mindset with high AI fluency, viewing automation as leverage to increase capacity and obsessively building SOPs to improve internal deal-making systems.
