Join a high-performing London team where 80% of reps are exceeding quota. You will manage a strategic 50/50 split of new logo hunting and existing account expansion for companies up to 3,000 FTE. With the rise of AI agents, you'll help customers build connected apps that transform their enterprise workflows.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close for mid-market accounts, managing deals typically ranging from £40k to six-figures.
- Act as a strategic advisor to key decision-makers, demonstrating how Airtable's multi-use-case platform solves complex operational challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in the London HQ, including Solution Consulting and Customer Success, to drive long-term business transformation.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years of full-cycle closing experience and a proven track record of overachievement.
- Versatile salesperson comfortable with both net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder selling.
- Growth-oriented professional with strong operational discipline and an interest in AI automation; fluency in French or German is a plus.
