As our first dedicated RevOps Manager, you will build the foundational operational backbone for a global leader in background screening. You will own the entire GTM stack, focusing on HubSpot optimization, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive predictable revenue growth across 180 countries.

- Partner with executive leadership to define key metrics like NRR and ARR while building dashboards that provide actionable insights for global expansion.
The ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally during a high-growth startup phase.
- Expert-level technical proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration and building complex reporting frameworks using tools like Power BI.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align disparate teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) around unified data definitions and operational workflows.
