As PPC Lead, Marketplaces at PetLab Co., you will own the paid media strategy across Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy. You will manage $2M+ in annual budgets, driving growth through Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute the paid media strategy for Amazon and other marketplaces, managing multi-million dollar budgets across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
- Lead a structured experimentation roadmap, conducting A/B tests on creative, bidding, and landing pages to continuously optimize ROAS and TACoS.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative and Retail teams to brief high-performing assets and ensure listing quality aligns with paid media investment.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Amazon Ads budgets ($2M+ annually) with deep fluency in 3P Seller Central and Amazon DSP.
- Demonstrates strong commercial instincts with a proven track record of improving key metrics like ROAS, TACoS, and overall marketplace profitability.
- Functions as a senior self-starter who can transition seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution without requiring a supporting team.
