As the right hand to the Chief of Staff, you will drive high‑priority projects across finance, people, and strategy to scale Gizmo.ai’s addictive learning platform. You’ll own critical workstreams from day one, solving complex operational bottlenecks for a growing community of 1.7 million learners and a rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workstreams across finance, compliance, and people operations to increase the leverage and output of the executive team.
