As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will own the technical strategy for predicting user actions. You will design complex systems blending LLMs with traditional ML models to automate relationship management for sales teams. Working directly with the CTO, you will leverage a 60-person human data division to build world-class, fine-tuned models.
