You will lead a high-performing insurance sales team at a tech-enabled platform disrupting the business essentials market. By combining smart technology with human expertise, you will drive revenue growth and operational excellence. What You Will Do:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver on customer, quality, and revenue targets through disciplined daily execution.
  • Act as the technical and placement authority, managing complex broking cases and maintaining strong trading relationships with major underwriters.
  • Use data-driven insights and structured experimentation to evolve placement strategies and drive continuous improvement across the sales floor.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have 2+ years of proven experience in sales management with a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and markets.
  • Demonstrates a successful track record in high-volume telesales environments and thrives in target-driven, high-pressure atmospheres.
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills to build credibility with stakeholders; a Cert CII qualification is highly desirable.
