Job Description: This is a true zero‑to‑one build for a premium wellness brand. As the first senior growth hire reporting directly to the founder, you will architect the entire growth engine from scratch. You’ll own the P&L, scale digital acquisition across multiple channels, and transition from a department‑of‑one to a high‑performing team.
