Job Description
As the first Head of Growth at M11 Labs, you will own the customer acquisition strategy end-to‑end. You will design a unified system to generate commercial pipeline from brand owners and enterprise leaders. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will operate with high autonomy, building AI‑native growth infrastructure to scale.

What You Will Do
- Design, test, and scale a 1‑to‑100 growth engine utilizing commercial outbound, inbound, events, partnerships, and targeted digital channels to generate pipeline.
- Build modern, automated growth operations using LLMs, scraping tools, and custom workflows like Clay and Zapier to multiply your personal output and efficiency.
- Refine brand narrative and positioning across diverse buyer personas, ensuring the value proposition resonates with DTC founders and enterprise ecommerce decision‑makers.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in 0‑to‑1 growth ownership, having personally built and scaled a commercial engine at an early‑stage startup or as a founder.
- Deep fluency in the ecommerce ecosystem, understanding the pain points and decision‑making processes of DTC brand owners and marketing leads.
- Master of AI‑native workflows, capable of using tools like Clay, Cursor, and Perplexity to accomplish tasks that would normally require a much larger team.
