As Head of Finance, you will build and lead financial operations for a fast‑scaling lending business. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement foundational finance systems, accounting policies, and reporting frameworks to ensure UK regulatory compliance.
- Lead financial strategy by developing advanced models, budgets, and forecasts to optimize cash flow and liquidity planning.
- Support leadership on capital markets initiatives, managing relationships with debt providers and leading external audit processes.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a formal accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 7 years of total finance experience.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years experience specifically within the finance function of a lending business with strong capital markets knowledge.
