You will lead the entire financial engine of a high-growth fintech platform that bridges B2B lending and consumer rewards. This hands-on role involves owning the master financial model, managing a complex loan book, and overseeing day-to-day operations like payroll and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to scale the business and ensure long-term financial health.
