Job Description

You will own the strategic narrative for a platform repositioning from an assessment tool to a complete behavioural platform. Reporting to the CEO, you'll drive 80% content to fuel a 5x increase in inbound demos and 20% sales enablement to arm the growing team with high-impact decks, scripts, and sequences.

Why this role is remarkable

  • Lead a major category repositioning for a startup already serving elite clients like McLaren and West Ham while sitting on proprietary data from millions of assessments.
  • Work directly with the CEO to build a high-profile founder content engine and launch the industry's first Behavioural Excellence Index awards program.
  • Transition from a senior IC into a strategic leader as the company scales from 30 to 100 demos per month following their third funding round.

What You Will Do

  • Architect the content engine by ghostwriting for the CEO, shipping biweekly data-driven blogs, and producing two major proprietary research reports annually.
  • Rebuild the sales enablement suite including strategic decks, ROI calculators, objection handling libraries, and automated email sequences for the AE and SDR teams.
  • Launch and manage the Behavioural Excellence Index, an awards program designed to celebrate HR teams using science to drive exceptional hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS content experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing and the ability to find compelling stories within complex data sets.
  • Proven track record of shipping proprietary research or data-driven assets that have directly generated pipeline and increased inbound lead volume.
  • Prior experience in sales enablement or product marketing, including the creation of sales decks, competitive playbooks, and founder-level ghostwriting.
