You will own the technical engine driving yhangry’s global expansion. Sitting within engineering but embedded in the Geo & Acquisition squad, you’ll build internal growth tools, automate localized outbound systems, and use AI to enrich chef data. This role is perfect for a technical builder who thrives on scrappy experiments and high-leverage growth engineering.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and scale the internal growth application and acquisition flywheel to source, enrich, and activate chef supply across new regions.
  • Build and optimize automated outbound systems and conversion experiments, utilizing LLMs and AI agents to increase efficiency and deliverability.
  • Create and maintain data dashboards in PostHog and BigQuery to monitor supply and demand health across different cities and countries.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses 1-3 years of technical experience with the ability to write scripts, wrangle APIs, and ship functional tools using TypeScript, React, or Python.
  • Demonstrates a growth-oriented mindset, comfortable analyzing funnels and CAC while using SQL to drive scrappy, data-led experiments.
  • Has a background in marketplace or geo-expansion environments and is proficient in gluing together scrapers, low-code tools, and custom code.
