Job Description
As the first dedicated growth hire, you will build Noxus’s go-to-market engine from the ground up. You’ll own demand generation across ABM, executive events, and integrated campaigns, focusing on senior buyers in regulated industries. This is a high-impact role requiring hands‑on execution to turn strong market momentum into a repeatable growth machine.

What You Will Do
- Build and execute targeted ABM programs for priority verticals and named accounts, coordinating closely with Sales and RevOps.
- Plan and run high-touch executive events, including roundtables and dinners, to engage senior buyers in complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Develop integrated content and outbound campaigns that support category creation and move prospects through the pipeline with full traceability.
The ideal candidate
- 2 to 5 years of B2B growth experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, or regulated industries like fintech or automation.
- Proven track record of personally running end-to-end programs across events, content, and paid media without a large supporting team.
- Deep understanding of sales‑led growth motions, named‑account strategies, and navigating buying committees within large, legacy-heavy organizations.
