Mealia is one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer grocery apps, leveraging AI to help families plan meals and shop in minutes. Partnered with major UK and US supermarkets and recently reaching #2 on the UK App Store, Mealia is reimagining the £1T+ grocery industry by making healthy, sustainable eating effortless and affordable for everyone.

As Mealia's first Growth Manager, you will drive organic user acquisition by building social‑first content playbooks and creator partnerships from scratch. Working directly with the CEO, you will scale the brand's presence across digital channels, treating organic growth with the precision of performance marketing to bring agentic AI grocery shopping to millions of households.

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Join a high-momentum startup that recently hit #2 on the UK App Store and is already partnering with some of the world's largest supermarket chains.
  • Take full ownership of the growth engine at the 0‑to‑1 stage, working directly with the CEO to define how a category‑defining AI product reaches the mass market.
  • Participate in a once-in-a-generation shift as agentic AI disrupts the £1T global grocery market, offering meaningful equity and rapid career progression in a high-performance environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and execute repeatable organic acquisition playbooks across social platforms, focusing on high-impact content creation, hook optimization, and community engagement.
  • Identify, source, and manage creator partnerships and UGC campaigns that drive millions of views and measurable app downloads through smart brief writing and execution.
  • Iterate rapidly on content strategy using a performance‑marketing mindset, analyzing data to scale successful creative experiments and refine the user acquisition funnel.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record scaling B2C growth for early‑stage startups, with deep experience in consumer app marketing and building brand traction from scratch.
  • A social‑first operator who lives and breathes platform trends, with hands‑on experience sourcing creators, writing briefs, and refining content until it converts.
  • High‑agency problem solver who thrives in fast‑paced, unscripted environments and possesses the creative instincts to spot emerging trends before they go mainstream.
