Letty is a $5.5M seed-funded AI startup backed by Entrepreneurs First and the founders of incident.io, building autonomous digital workers for the real estate industry. We are creating the AI operations layer that handles property management, sales, and tenant communications 24/7 across every channel.

You will join Letty as one of the first ten engineers, building agentic AI systems that automate complex property operations. Working directly with a world-class team from Cambridge and Entrepreneur First, you'll ship production-ready code across the full stack using Python and TypeScript to transform how the real estate industry functions.

  • Build seamless full-stack user experiences with TypeScript, React, and Next.js that integrate deeply with CRMs, WhatsApp, and email platforms.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for shipping features, from initial architecture to production, seeing your work impact real property agencies within days.

The ideal candidate:

  • A top-tier graduate from Oxford, Cambridge, or Imperial, either graduating in 2026 or possessing 1-2 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and a desire to work across the full stack, including modern frontend frameworks and cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
