What You Will Do
- Architect and build end‑to‑end systems including Python/FastAPI backends, LLM orchestration pipelines, and telephony infrastructure for real‑time voice calls.
- Ship user‑facing features using Next.js and TypeScript, taking products from initial concept to production in days rather than months.
- Own the full engineering lifecycle, from database modelling in PostgreSQL to managing production deployments and observability on GCP or AWS.
The ideal candidate
- Expert proficiency in Python and TypeScript with a track record of building complex, production‑grade systems from zero to one.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, or event‑driven services, demonstrating a maker mindset rather than just feature‑building.
- Thrives in a high‑intensity startup environment, prioritising rapid output and system ownership over a traditional 9‑to‑5 schedule.
