As the first dedicated Talent Partner at Saturnos.com, you will own the end-to-end hiring strategy across engineering, product, and operations. You will move beyond simple recruitment to build a world-class talent function, designing interview architecture and scaling a high-density team alongside the founders to support $500bn in assets.

What You Will Do
- Execute full-cycle recruitment across all functions, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing for every role.
- Build the recruitment infrastructure from scratch, including structured interview loops, scorecards, and automated, data-driven pipeline analytics.
- Partner directly with founders on headcount planning and profile calibration to maintain an exceptionally high and consistent talent bar.
The ideal candidate
- Proven full-cycle in-house recruiting experience within a fast-scaling startup environment, covering both technical and commercial roles effectively.
- Expert direct sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract top-tier talent through unconventional channels and communities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use pipeline data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive strategic hiring decisions.
