Lightfern Ltd is a London-based AI startup founded in 2025 by an elite team from OpenAI, Attio, and OakNorth Bank. They are redefining digital communication by building an AI assistant that learns and replicates a user's unique voice, moving beyond generic templates to preserve authentic human connection across all platforms.
Join Lightfern Ltd as our first GTM hire to build a product-led growth engine from 0-1. You will own the full acquisition funnel, experiment with marketing campaigns, and shape the brand voice. Transitioning from PLG to enterprise, you will bridge individual user love into team-wide adoption for category-defining AI communication tools.

What You Will Do:
- Own the end-to-end self-serve acquisition funnel, scaling top-of-funnel demand through social, content, and partnerships while systematically optimizing activation and conversion.
- Design and execute data-driven growth experiments to refine the PLG motion and identify high-intent signals for enterprise expansion.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and high-quality content that builds trust with professionals, while representing the company globally through live demos and user engagement.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience in senior GTM or growth marketing roles, with a proven track record of building or scaling PLG motions at high-growth startups.
- Demonstrates exceptional storytelling and writing skills, capable of producing persuasive copy for everything from cold outreach to complex product landing pages.
- Possesses a scientific, analytical mindset to hypothesize and test growth strategies, combined with a genuine passion for talking to users and translating feedback into product improvements.
