Responsibilities

Lead the architectural development of the AI‐driven platform, from feature specification through production‐grade deployment.

Build and deploy production‐grade agentic systems and Retrieval‐Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Python and TypeScript.

Drive architectural decisions and product strategy from initial concept to real‐world operational impact, ensuring high‐speed shipping cycles and code deployed to production within the first week.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience shipping fast, production‐grade code in a startup environment.

AI‐native engineer with proficiency in Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React, and experience in large‐language‐model workflows.

High‐agency problem solver with a track record of owning complex technical products end‐to‐end.
