Job Description
As a Founding Engineer, you will lead the 0-1 development of an AI-powered marketplace focused on complex industrial procurement. You'll own the full product lifecycle—from architecture and technical strategy to shipping and iteration. Working alongside the founder, you’ll solve intricate supply chain challenges for high-stakes industries while shaping the company's long-term technical direction.

What You Will Do
- Architect and build an end-to-end AI-native platform, managing everything from backend logic to production deployment.
- Collaborate on product strategy and user experience to ensure the platform meets the needs of complex industrial stakeholders.
- Ship code rapidly and iterate based on early feedback from key industry partners and programme offices.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience building products from scratch as a founder, founding engineer, or lead at an early-stage startup.
- Pragmatic full-stack generalist capable of moving fast and shipping production-grade code in a high-uncertainty environment.
- Strong curiosity for solving hard domain problems, with bonus experience in AI/ML production or regulated industrial sectors.
