As the first individual contributor engineer at Xylo, you will work alongside veteran founders to architect and build AI‑powered solutions that automate complex government workflows. You'll ship end‑to‑end features using a modern stack including React and AI agents, directly impacting how critical infrastructure projects are approved and delivered across the globe.

What You Will Do
- Build and deploy end‑to‑end features and AI agents that autonomously gather evidence and cross‑reference thousands of planning data sources.
- Collaborate directly with government users to translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, durable workflows and human‑in‑the‑loop interfaces.
- Influence every aspect of the engineering culture, from selecting tools to establishing high‑velocity shipping standards using AI‑assisted development.
The ideal candidate
- You have 3+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer shipping production‑grade products, ideally within a fast‑paced startup environment.
- You are an expert in React and TypeScript and are comfortable working with tools like Supabase, AWS, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- You possess a founder mindset and a deep curiosity for solving user problems, particularly those involving complex LLM‑driven agents and workflows.
