Based in London, the team is helping AI-first companies move beyond frontier APIs to own high-performance, proprietary models served via their own inference API.
As the first dedicated pipeline hire at Overmind, you will work directly with the Co-Founder and CRO to build the outbound engine from scratch. You will engage technical leaders at AI-first companies, using a signal-led approach to demonstrate how they can move beyond frontier APIs to own their specialized models.

- Partner with the founders to identify and act on specific buying signals within vertical AI sectors like fintech, legal, and robotics using Amplemarket and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Contribute to building the sales infrastructure and messaging playbooks for a technical product that helps companies transition from third-party APIs to proprietary models.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 2+ years of experience in an outbound BDR or SDR role, specifically selling technical infrastructure or developer tools to engineering and AI leadership.
- Demonstrates exceptional writing skills with a proven track record of creating personalized, signal-led outreach sequences that resonate with highly technical prospects.
