Jack & Jill is hiring a Founding Backend Engineer to architect and own the backend for a next-generation agentic collaboration platform. You will build a scalable, secure stack leveraging TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL to support real-time workflows for global enterprise clients.

As a founding engineer, you will influence the technical direction, own cloud infrastructure, data models and performance optimizations, and receive significant equity in a London or San Francisco based startup.
