Company Description: Stint Ltd is an AI-driven platform transforming hospitality workforce management, having reached £1m ARR in just 10 months. They operate the UK’s largest flexible student workforce for major brands like PizzaExpress and Gail's, combining hyper-local talent with proprietary AI to capture the UK market and expand internationally.

Job Description: You will join a high-velocity product pod to build and scale the core systems powering Stint Ltd's AI platform. Working across Python, Go, and Flutter, you will own features end-to-end—from database schema to UI—while collaborating directly with hospitality customers to solve real-world operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Incredible traction with £1m ARR achieved in just 10 months and a clear path to aggressive international expansion including the US market.
  • High-autonomy engineering culture where you ship daily, own features end-to-end, and skip the backlog grooming theatre found at larger tech firms.
  • Rare opportunity to work on a product that combines a massive physical workforce with cutting-edge AI tools to disrupt the hospitality sector.

What You Will Do:

  • Build, test, and deploy new features across the full stack using Python (Django), Go, and Flutter with clean, scalable architecture.
  • Engage directly with hospitality customers to understand operational pain points and translate them into immediate, production-ready technical solutions.
  • Design and evolve core APIs, data flows, and event-driven architectures to support rapid platform scaling and new market entries.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 3+ years of commercial production experience with a technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Demonstrates proficiency across the stack, specifically with Go, Python/Django, and Flutter, and is comfortable with GraphQL and AWS.
  • Thrives in high-energy startup environments, possessing the pragmatic mindset to ship great code quickly and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
