Job Description: You will report to the Group Finance Director, taking ownership of core finance operations during a period of rapid international scaling. You’ll manage month-end close, complex revenue recognition under IFRS 15/US GAAP, and multi-entity group consolidation. This role is pivotal in upgrading systems from Xero to a modern ERP.

What You Will Do:
- Manage the full month-end close process and preparation of management accounts for four global entities, ensuring robust financial controls.
- Lead complex revenue recognition policies across SaaS contracts, NHS public sector agreements, and US insurer models under IFRS 15 and US GAAP.
- Oversee international financial operations including global payroll, VAT compliance, cash flow monitoring, and the transition to a new ERP system.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3-6+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A within a scaling environment.
- Technical expertise in group consolidation and revenue recognition for SaaS or subscription-based businesses, ideally with exposure to US tax compliance.
- Proven ability to improve financial processes and systems, with strong familiarity with Xero and an interest in implementing sophisticated ERP solutions.
