As an Engineering Manager at Omnea, you will lead multiple high-performing teams to scale an AI-native procurement platform. - You have over 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years successfully managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously in high-growth environments.
- You possess a proven track record of scaling engineering functions within Series A+ B2B SaaS companies, ideally with experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- You are a data-driven leader who is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and has a history of growing engineering talent at pace.
