As the Customer Success Manager, you will take full ownership of the CS function, reporting to the COO. You’ll manage a team of five Legal Technologists while maintaining white‑glove relationships with "magic circle" law firms. Your leadership will ensure 100% retention and drive the successful adoption of our new GP portal.
