We are seeking a Coaching Expert for a paid, one-off consulting call. Your expertise will be crucial in training an AI to facilitate professional development conversations, covering self-awareness, goal setting, leadership growth, and overcoming underconfidence. Proven experience as a career coach, organizational psychologist, or mentor.
Demonstrated ability to build communities focused on professional development and coaching.
Expertise in areas like self-awareness, goal setting, leadership, and confidence building.
