Company Description: Rapidly growing London-based community accelerator for women and non-binary founders.
Job Description: Join as a founding partner to scale a community-led accelerator that has grown to 200+ members in its first six weeks. You will move from zero-to-one, building the commercial engine, securing ecosystem partnerships, and designing the systems required to transform a high-traction grassroots movement into a sustainable, category-defining institution for underrepresented technologists.
Location: London, UK
Why this role is remarkable:
- Exceptional organic traction with 200+ members, three ecosystem partnerships, and zero churn achieved in just six weeks without paid acquisition.
- True founding status with a meaningful equity stake and the ability to influence the strategic direction of a high-impact mission from day one.
- Opportunity to build the definitive infrastructure for women and non-binary founders in London’s tech ecosystem, backed by a proven CEO.
What You Will Do:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of weekly build sprints, AI workshops, and the structured accelerator programme as the primary operator.
- Build and manage a high-value partner pipeline involving venues, corporate sponsors, and ecosystem organizations to drive revenue and sustainability.
- Scale membership growth and protect the community culture while hiring the core team needed to support an expanding founder network.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience building or scaling a startup, community, or programme from the ground up with a clear track record of operational excellence.
- Commercially sharp individual who has successfully closed partnership deals, managed sponsors, or navigated early-stage fundraising environments.
- London-based operator who is deeply aligned with the mission of supporting women in tech and thrives in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.
