  • Company Description

Open Human is a London-based, pre-seed startup building an AI decision platform that helps B2C companies simulate pricing and growth decisions before they go live.

Backed by a London VC and founded by former Meta, Linked In, and WHOOP (via acquisition) leaders, we use AI agents to model customer behavior for high-stakes business reasoning.

Job Description

As the founding BDR at Open Human, you will work directly with the founder to build our outreach engine from the ground up.

You will own high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outreach to growth leaders at top B2C companies.

This is a high-impact, London-based role for an outgoing individual eager to learn startup sales.

  • Location
  • London, UK
  • Why this role is remarkable
  • Direct proximity to founders with backgrounds at Meta, Linked In, and a history of successful exits to WHOOP.
  • Ground floor opportunity at a pre-seed startup where your work directly shapes the sales playbook and company growth.
  • Clear career trajectory to move beyond outreach into full-funnel sales and strategy within six months based on performance.

What You Will Do

  • Execute daily cold calling, Linked In outreach, and email campaigns to reach marketing and growth leaders at target companies.
  • Secure and schedule meetings with qualified prospects, managing the initial top-of-funnel conversion process for the founding team.
  • Collaborate in-person three days a week to refine sales messaging and iterate on go-to-market strategies based on market feedback.
  • The ideal candidate
  • Naturally outgoing and resilient with the high energy required to excel at daily, high-volume cold calling and outreach.
  • Familiar with marketing analytics fundamentals such as LTV, CAC, and A/B testing from prior work or self-directed study.
  • Highly motivated by activity-based metrics and the chance to join an early-stage startup during its initial hiring phase.

How does this work?

  • Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you.
  • Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network.
  • If it's a match and the company wants to meet you, they'll make the intro. In the meantime, if you'd like, Jack will send you excellent alternatives.
  • We never post fake jobs

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.
