As a Backend Engineer, you will take ownership of production services for a rapidly scaling fintech platform. What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs and backend services using Node.js and Postgres.
- Architect and scale production infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime and low-latency responses for global users.
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to define technical requirements and lead the implementation of complex features.
Ideal Candidate
- Has 4+ years of professional experience building and maintaining complex APIs and production services in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses expert-level knowledge of SQL and Postgres, with a proven track record of optimizing database performance and data integrity.
- Demonstrates a history of clear ownership over scaling or reliability projects, ideally with experience in AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
