You will join a 16-person team dedicated to eliminating musculoskeletal pain for millions. As a Backend Engineer, you'll own production services across a .NET and AWS stack, shipping high-impact features that improve health outcomes.   • Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership of scaling or reliability projects in high-velocity, product-led environments.
