As the B2B Performance Marketing Manager, you will build and scale a paid acquisition engine from the ground up. You'll own the strategy and execution for paid social and search, targeting HR and Benefits decision-makers to drive high-quality pipeline. This hands-on role offers high autonomy to directly influence the growth of a mission-driven company.
