You will serve as the primary legal architect for a high-growth startup authorized by governments to grant market access for medical AI. This is a builder role requiring a high-agency operator to manage international expansion, M&A, and complex regulatory frameworks while enabling the commercial team to scale healthcare innovation globally.

  • Partner with GTM teams to negotiate complex customer agreements and provide strategic regulatory advice that balances pace with calculated risk management.

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction) with 7-12 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating the ability to move quickly and provide strategic, solution-oriented advice.
  • Exceptional advocate with a deep interest in new technologies and the ability to manage complex equity programs and intellectual property portfolios.
