What you will do
- Manage the full development lifecycle of training courses, from storyboarding and scripting to overseeing subject matter experts
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align learning materials with market needs and deliver measurable competency improvements
- Serve as the internal champion for AI adoption, integrating generative AI and automation tools into the content creation process
The ideal candidate
- Offers 5+ years of curriculum design experience with mastery of backward design principles and competency-based framework development
- Possesses technical literacy in generative AI and prompt engineering to automate and scale high-quality pedagogical workflows
- Demonstrates proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex content production projects using tools like Articulate 360
