Company Description: Post-Series A PropTech startup building an AI-first operating system for property management.

Join a fast-growing, 45-person team as a junior co-founder to the leadership team. You will drive high-priority initiatives across fundraising, commercial strategy, and operations. By handling autonomous AI integration for the UK property market, you'll solve complex administrative burdens and help scale a category-defining company while working directly with ex-Goldman Sachs and Cevian Capital founders.

Location: London, UK

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Work directly with founders from Goldman Sachs and Cevian Capital, gaining unprecedented exposure to every strategic lever of a scaling business.
  • Join a post-Series A company that is already live and growing fast across the UK, moving at an uncommon pace to redefine a legacy industry.
  • This is a high-agency "junior co-founder" role where you own outcomes rather than just managing tasks, with significant equity upside.

What You Will Do:

  • Support end-to-end fundraising and investor relations, including board prep, data room management, and drafting investment memos and updates.
  • Own commercial operations and client relationship coordination, identifying ways to systematize the sales pipeline and contract processes.
  • Lead ad hoc strategic projects that lack a home, ranging from high-level hiring initiatives to operationalizing new AI-driven product features.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting (MBB), investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and communication skills, with a 1st degree from a top-tier university and the ability to produce polished work under pressure.
  • High-agency operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves without being asked, and is comfortable working on-site five days a week in London.
